Terms of Purchase
ORDERS. All orders are made via our online shop. We do not accept orders by phone, fax or email. Certain items have a maximum order quantity, and are only available while stocks last. Only orders for a minimum €10 will be processed.
PAYMENT. All prices are in Euro and include VAT. The price that applies is the price indicated on the day you place your order. Shipping and payment charges are always shown before you confirm your purchase. Customers under the age of 18 must have the written consent of a legal guardian in order to place an order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge an extra fee for card payments, regardless of the amount.
All pages on which you as a customer provide personal information while placing your order are secure pages (encrypted transmission). Card payments are transmitted over a secure link with a SSL Certificate issued by Rapid SSL (www.rapidssl.com).

We collaborate with Nets Sweden AB (www.nets.se) for refunding card payments. Nets Sweden AB is a financial market firm authorised by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Svenska Finansinspektionen). Payment card details are encrypted for transmission.
Note that Grand Shoes does not store payment card numbers. This is managed by Nets Sweden AB.
3Dsecure is a technology designed by VISA to verify that the person making the purchase with the payment card is truly the cardholder. MasterCard uses the same standard. The technology means that when you use your card to purchase goods or services online, your payment card issuer or bank must identify you. Your identification is confirmed by the card company via a special security server through encrypted transmission. For you as consumer, the benefit of using an online payment service that offers 3DSecure is that you can verify that you are the true payment cardholder, therewith reducing the risk of fraudulent use. You recognise a 3DSecure payment solution through Visa’s trademark “Verified by VISA” and MasterCard’s trademark “SecureCode”. More information is available at www.visase.com.
DELIVERY. We always aim to send the parcel as soon as possible. Delivery times can vary depending on the postal service and your location in Europe. We send all orders with the Swedish Postal Services, DHL or UPS depending on whether you choose regular delivery, home delivery or Express. All Europe: 3-6 working days
How much will I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping to EU countries charges amount to:
• €15 / £ 12 for one pair of shoes, • £ 12 for two or more pairs• FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN EU ON ALL ORDERS OVER €200 / £180 (Two Hundred Euros or onehundred eigthy Pound Sterling).
• Unfrotunatly we do NOT ship outside the EU at this time. However we plan to ship to Norway later on this year (2015).
For orders of only shoe care products, socks or similar items, Grand Shoes uses the Swedish Postal Services’ pricelist for standard letters. If these products are included in an order together with a pair of shoes, no shipping charges will be added for these items. We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of €15 per pair of boots or other types of shoes with high shafts. All higher shipping fees are specified in the product description.
If goods are lost or if you discover upon receipt that the parcel has been damaged in transport, notify us immediately.
Grand Shoes reserves the right to transfer ownership of parcels not claimed from your local dispatch within 14 days after delivery to the shipping company in the country in question.
EXTENDED RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL. We feel that you should have time to decide what you think about your new shoes. Remember though, you may only try on the shoes indoors in order to retain your right of withdrawal (see below). You can withdraw your purchase within 30 days from date of delivery, with no due cause required. The product must be returned in unused condition and in the original package (complete with original packaging, labels, etc). The seal on returned shoes must be unbroken. Grand Shoes retains the right to refuse a return if the shoes have been used outdoors, absorbed an odour or been handled carelessly. Returns will be refused if the shoes are returned without the outer packaging (this means that you must pack the shoe box the way it was when you received it. Save the outer box we used to ship the shoes). For further information about returns, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days from us receiving returned items. Charges for return shipping will not be refunded. Customers are liable for return shipping charges. Returns sent COD will not be accepted. Complaints If an item is faulty, defect or improperly processed, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will help you. The items are to be returned, together with a description of the fault/defect, carefully packed and in the original packaging. If the item is damaged or lost when you return it, you are liable for costs. When we receive the item and approve the complaint, we will take one of the following measures: • Repair the item (if possible) • Send an identical item in perfect condition • Refund your money Return shipping charges will be refunded retroactively when the complaint has been approved. Grand Shoes will cover all shipping charges for replacement deliveries.
FORCE MAJEURE. Grand Shoes is exonerated from liability to fulfil obligations as laid down in the agreement if said failure is due to mitigating circumstances as stated below and the circumstances obstruct, prevent or delay completion of said obligation. Mitigating circumstances include action or lack of action by government agencies, new or amended legislation, labour market conflicts, blockades, strikes, fire or flood, sabotage or large-scale accidents. Force majeure also includes decisions taken by government authorities that negatively affect the market and products such as restrictions, warnings, sales embargos, etc.
MISCELLANEOUS. Grand Shoes is not liable for typing errors and changes in technical data that are beyond their control.
